We’re Josh and Mel, the founders of Modern Owner Co.
A few years ago, we started Lenny’s Pup Shop from nothing.
At the time, we didn’t have a marketing background or a deep understanding of how online business worked. We were learning as we went, while trying to run the business at the same time.
And that is the hard part. Probably where you are now.
When you own a business, you are already busy. The idea of learning AI and making content can feel like your worst nightmare, just another thing you do not have time for.
But over time, we realised something.
Growing online becomes much easier when you stop trying to learn everything and start focusing on the few things that actually matter.
That is why we created Modern Owner Co.
We teach established business owners how to use AI, create content, build email systems and run smarter ads so they can stay relevant, save time and grow sales without relying on an agency.
We know how overwhelming it can feel when every expert online is telling you to do something different.
It becomes hard to know what is actually worth your time.
Our goal is to make modern marketing feel simple, practical and achievable.
You do not need to become a full-time marketer.
You do not need to learn everything overnight.
You just need to know what to focus on and how the main pieces work together.
Modern Owner Co. is for business owners who want to learn these skills themselves, or train someone inside their business to take more control of their marketing.
